I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Atlanta, serving adults and families both in-person and through telehealth across Georgia.
Most of the people I work with are navigating stress, burnout, or family pressures. I also provide effective treatment for insomnia using CBT-I.
I hold a BS in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My background includes work at Georgia Sleep & Psychiatry and advanced training in CBT, CBT-I, and IFS.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and non-judgmental.
